Project Highlight: Spinning Mill Lofts in Clayton, NC
Sometimes it’s good to step out of your comfort zone and we did just that with this old mill restoration. Our bread and butter is new construction, but we are proud of the work we have done on this old mill. We have supplied and installed all precast windowsills and we’re continuing the restoration of all the masonry which includes replacement of bricks, tuckpointing, and patching. This project not only includes the restoration of the old mill, but it also includes over 295,000 bricks in new construction. We appreciate our partnership with Taft Family Ventures and can’t wait to see the finished product!
